How much sugar is in each bar?
Each bar has only 3-4g sugar. That's more than 80% less than the leading frozen novelty!

What makes ‘ndulge® different from other frozen sweet treats?
Most sweet treats make you choose between taste and nutrition. ‘ndulge® doesn’t. We combine creamy Greek yogurt, real milk & cream, and protein into a frozen dessert that actually satisfies. No chalky textures, no sugar overload, just an indulgent treat that you can enjoy everyday and leaves you feeling good after the last bite.
What probiotic cultures do you use?
Each bar is packed with 500 million live and active probiotic cultures! We use S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, L. Casei, L. Rhamnosus, and Bifidobacterium Lactis because indulgence can also be gut-friendly!
Do your products contain artificial flavors or colors?
No fake stuff over here! Our products do not use any artificial flavors or colors so you can feel good about what you're eating.
How do you sweeten your products?
We sweeten our bars with allulose and monk fruit, so you get that delicious treat-level sweetness without the extra sugar! Allulose is a rare sugar naturally found in figs and raisins, but unlike regular sugar, it’s almost calorie free and doesn’t spike blood sugar. Monk fruit is a plant-based, naturally zero-calorie sweetener. Together, they give a clean, indulgent sweetness that fits our better-for-you promise!
Are ‘ndulge® products gluten free?
Yes, all of our bars are gluten-free! However, they’re made in a facility that also handles wheat, so please use your best judgment if you have a severe gluten allergy.
Are your products dairy-free or vegetarian?
No, our products contain real milk and cream and are not vegetarian.
